Dr. Mariya Shnaydman graduated Brandeis University with a degree in biophysics before attending the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine to obtain her Doctorate of Dental Medicine. After seven years as a general dentist in the Boston area, Dr. Shnaydman returned to UConn to specialize in endodontics, receiving a Master of Dental Science as well.
Working private practice, Dr. Shnaydman is an assistant clinical professor in endodontics at Tufts University Dental School and recently lectured at Yankee Dental Congress on the topic of non-odontogenic pain. She is a Member of the Massachusetts Dental Society, American Dental Association, and American Association of Endodontists.
When not performing endodontic treatment, Dr. Shnaydman enjoys opera, salsa dancing, and spending time with her two young children and husband.
