Endodontist – Worcester, MA

“Referred by my primary dentist for emergency root canal. He said they were all about TLC, and he was more than correct. From the initial phone contact to the pre-treatment exam to the procedure and finally the billing and insurance adjustments, the practice more than exceeded my expectations.”

“Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Stern was thorough, and did a good job explaining what was happening with my tooth. She did not rush to judgement; she took the time to have her initial assessment confirmed. I would definitely recommend this office.”

“I recently had a root canal and can honestly say that I did not feel any pain at all during the procedure. The dentist and especially his assistant were great. I felt at ease and comfortable during the entire procedure.”

“I was able to get an appointment quickly. She was very thorough with her examination and explained everything at length to me. Everybody that I encountered was friendly and professional.”

“If you need a root canal this is the place to go. Calming, informative, sympathetic (to my anxiety!) and wonderful. They talked me through every minute and truly put me at ease. So much so that I hugged her afterwards.”

“To begin with, you get greeted with a nice, friendly receptionist. The dental assistant was so sweet and understanding. The dentist was awesome she made sure you felt comfortable through my procedure, which was a root canal. I felt no pain but very at peace when you get treated nicely and caring. I extremely recommend this place!”

“I was referred by my dentist. I was obviously concerned and nervous not knowing any of the doctors. From the first ‘hello’ until I left, the professional treatment I received was exceptional. It was painless and I thought I was going to take nap during a root canal. I mean folks, a root canal!”

“Had an appointment today for a consultation after having a crown done at my regular dentist and have been in pain for a month! Was in and out of the office in less than 2 hours with the consultation and root canal! It went 100% better than I had anticipated.”

“AMAZING! I have always been petrified of having a root canal. She made the experience completely free of anxiety and calmed my fears. I would highly recommend anyone to visit her office. Couldn’t say enough good things about her and her staff.”

“Outstanding diagnostics and communication. In my first visit, I learned more about my dental conditions than I ever have. She talks as she works (and so did her assistant), so I knew exactly what she was seeing. I may be unhappy about what was discovered and deduced, but offer my highest praise for this practice.”
