Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance , For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover . Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Co-payments are due at time of service. 

Most insurance companies will remit payment within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid will be your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. If done prior to treatment, we can make arrangements for an interest free monthly payment plan.
